Present and Vision: Rainers Bavarian Delicacies & More

• Their previous venture: Undeterred, they launched their project - a gourmet food shop in a Bavarian tourist town that they have been running for about a year. Since personal funds were limited, they relied on a "creative financing" model to raise the necessary capital.
• Latest company update - in the words of Managing Director Stefan Schenkelberg: "From the constraints of a fixed location to agile freedom: We are leaving Waging behind and transforming our experience of the crisis into operational value creation. With the "Mobile Tasting Eperience Rocker" and our headquarters in Traunstein, we remain resilient, mobile, and driven by entrepreneurial passion. The future of Bavarian gourmet specialties - now at the region's culinary hotspots."
• The role of autobiography: In this context, Schenkelberg's autobiographical novel positions itself as a strategic tool. The book serves not only as a means of personal processing but also acts as a "lifesaver." By codifying their story, they regain narrative control, transform personal trauma into a tangible asset, and create a marketing instrument designed to build an emotional connection with customers and potential investors.
